How long does shipping take for fresh products?
To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Most customers receive their broth within 2-3 business days in temperature-controlled packaging.
Does your bone broth need to be refrigerated?
Our jars are shelf-stable for up to 18 months thanks to our unique pressure-sealing process. However, once opened, the broth must be refrigerated and consumed within 7 days.
Are your jars recyclable or reusable?
Yes! We use premium glass jars that are 100% recyclable and designed to be reused in your own kitchen for storage or crafts.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
